The Bergkriek Properties developing company was founded in 1995 when a small project of 8 cluster houses were constructed during that year. Due to a growing demand, this initiative would grow into a business where, at present, more than 120 houses are constructed every year.
It was the aim of Bergkriek Properties from the outset to produce a cluster house design on the property market that affords the residential property purchaser value for his money. Together with our architectural designer, a distinctive face brick design with a combination of mono and double pitched roofs was chosen.
Today, Bergkriek Properties specialises in luxury and semi-luxury cluster house as well as town house developments in South Africa. The quality and superior finishes of these residential properties will always be a trademark of Bergkriek Properties.
