The purchaser will supply his own mirrors, bathroom accessories and curtain rails if the standard fittings are not chosen, and no credit will be given. The PC amounts are the maximum allowed and no credit will be given for choosing cheaper items.
All extras and increased costs are payable to the Contractor before installation. All extras will be charged at cost of goods and labour plus 15% to cover overheads and profit.
